Duty to Banda Aceh in December 2011

12-15 December 2011, duty to UPF Aceh. We spent the nights at Medan Hotel which is located near to Baiturrahman Mosque.


After doing the task, we have a visit to Tsunami Museum and Ulee Lheue Beach. Also spending my time at Baiturrahman Mosque to pray Maghrib. Finally eating 'Ayam Lepas'...
Many things to write. :)

Joomla Training at Ciawi Bogor

Joining Joomla Training at Cansebu Resort, Ciawi, Bogor. Held from November 28 until 30, 2011. Most of Satuan Kerja from all over Indonesia attent this training. Actually the situation is so condusive for this training, but perhaps due to this place is designed for outbonding, so we had difficulties in having access to the Internet.

Loud Adzan Voice at Sanur Bali

During my duty to Sanur - Bali (15-19 November 2011), I had to attend Friday Noon Praying at Masjid al Ihsaan which is located next to Symposium venue. Even though most of Balinese are Hinduism, I could hear adzan voice from this mosque loudly. Alhamdulillah. This would be my beautiful note for me. 

Above is the picture of the mosque figuring the size of the mosque can afford the moslem for praying. I took the picture after the session of Friday Noon Praying.

Duty to Sanur Bali 2011

15-19 November 2011 in a duty to Sanur, Bali. The venue of International Symposium is held in Sanur Paradise Plaza Hotel. I spent the night at Inna Grand Bali Beach, an exotic hotel having a beautiful white sand at backyard room.

Hope someday I will be here again with my family.

Dizzy about Symposium

After doing some office works finally, it is time for me to write. I want to write anything. 


Today October 19, 2011, in Gejayan - Jogjakarta. I don't know exactly the main purpose going to this city, but in my opinion just to scout an international symposium which is held in Gajah Mada University. 


And doing rutinity. 
Seems that I want to write a travel book. 
Thinking about something unique from this town. Gudeg. 


Don't know to write. Feel dizzy about Symposium.

Password Undercover, My 18th book

Praise to Allah, alhamdulillah. I feel so lucky and happy because today is the day that my 18th book is published and today the book is avalable on stores.

Lately, I have a lot of idea to write some books. Some of them are written in my note in my laptop, some of them are still in my mind. I consider they are good topics. But, I face that for the next two or three months are the hectic months in my office.

At The Crossroads: Just Choose One

In our life, sometimes, we face on a condition that we have to choose one choice among many options. And take the consequences followed by the option we choose.

This is the condition I face on Friday August 12, 2011. I have to choose to go to Fatmawati Hospital.

Some people seem they don't agree with this choice but I think this is the best choice, at least for me.

Well, I don't want to write much about this, since this is only my note. May Allah be with us! Ameen.

Trying Fedora 15 on BlankOn Sajadah

Friday, July 22, 2011.

This would be my first time running Fedora 15 on Linux BlankOn. In my office computer I set to have dual boot for Linux BlankOn Sajadah and Windows XP. Then I choose to boot BlankOn.

In BlankOn Sajadah I install Oracle VM VirtualBox to run Fedora 15 I have previously downloaded. Actually it may run well. But the computer seems to have not enough memory. So, my computer gets freezeed.

Connection Using 3 Provider Modem in Ubuntu

Tonight July 01, 2011 I installed Ubuntu 11.04 in my laptop to replace the previous version, Ubuntu 10.04. I had something wonderful besides the new appearance of Ubuntu. Ubuntu 11.04 could detect my modem.

Formerly, I just wanted to fulfill my curiosity. I borrowed my wife USB-stick modem. This modem is O2 brand using 3 provider. Alhamdulillah, thank to Allah, everything is easier now in Ubuntu. Now I can connect to Internet easily. And this is my post via Ubuntu using modem O2 and 3 provider.

Training about Workshop IPD Applications

June 27-29, 2011, at Grand Pasific Hotel, Jl. Pasirkaliki 100 Bandung, Indonesia. Attending a training about Workshop Applications IPD-Balitbangkes.

The session that I am interested are 'Jabatan Fungsional Pranata Komputer' and Senayan Library Management System. Those two sessions broaden my horizon, settled for Pranata Komputer and having intent to switching from application programming (Delphi) to web programming (PHP and Joomla). But, we don't know the next, something in the future.

Join E-Government Training by NICT Center

From 20 until 24 of June 2011, I have joint e-government training held by National Information and Communication Technology Center. This Center is located at Jl. Kertamukti 10 Ciputat, Tangerang Selatan, Indonesia. The participants come from all over Indonesia especially from Ministry of Indonesia.



This training broaden my mind, not only about e-government but I have strong feel the need of Indonesia to create its own IT industry to fulfill domestic demand. This is the first target before achieving e-government era. After fulfilling domestic demand of IT, the second target is creating community habit about paperless working environment. These are the two target that we must achieve before entering e-government era. But this is just my opinion that one might be different.

Still Writing and Making Book

10:23 PM by my clock on the corner of my laptop screen. The situation is completely silent. I can only hear the sound of singing frogs somehow.

Bu I have to strive to create a new book. Thirteen articles are already written and stored in my special folder. Hmm, more... I want more....

I love writing, especially in a very silent athmosphere.

In a silent night

Resensi Buku Islam #1 in Google

In the early April of 2011, I tried to type keyword 'Buku Islam' in Google search engine, www.google.co.id. I was amazed by the result which put my blog http://buku-islam.blogspot.com as number 1 in Google search engine. Thank to Allah.

Actually I don't know exactly how Google works. My curiosity starts to find out the answer. I tried to type the same keyword 'Buku Islam' using Mozilla Firefox to make comparation with Internet Explorer result, and it gives me different result. Different result came up to me when I typed the same keyword tonight (April 9, 2011). It put my blog in number 2 in Google search engine using Internet Explorer.

Being #1 in Google search engine is not my objective for Buku Islam (http://buku-islam.blogspot.com). The main objective of http://buku-islam.blogspot.com is to spread Islamic knowledge widely. May Allah be with us! Amen.

Late night 11.12 PM

From Bandung with Limited Access

Today I have a special mission from my office to have a workshop in Bandung. The task is so complicated for me. I have to think a lot about this.

I visit Bandung for three days from April 7, 2011. Sent in a location with limited access. The hotel I spend the time is around Sersan Bajuri Street. It is rather difficult to reach this location since there is no public transportation here. So the only choice is using ojek motocycle or taxi. Hmmm, what an expensive choice.

Okay, that is the way to reach here. The next difficulty is the internet access. The Wifi access in this hotel is limited so if there are a number of person having the access, the next person would have no access. What a pity. So, in order to cover above limitation I turn to use my own connection using SMART. But actually it is also not a good solution, you know SMART, but I have no choice. And alhamdulillah, I can have internet connection even though a low connection. So here is my writing for you.

Installing Senayan in Ubuntu

Wednesday 9, February 2011.
Finally I can install Senayan Library Automation in Ubuntu (BlankOn Edition). Before that, a few weeks ago I could install Xampp in Ubuntu.
But, I still face some minor errors in installing Senayan. Now, trying to get out of them.

A Few Notes for A Few Days in Bali

At the end of this year, on December 28 until 31, 2010, I visited Bali for a duty from my office. I have a note about Bali during my visit and this note has no correlation with my duty.

I spent my nights and my activities at Sanur Paradise Plaza Hotel at Sanur - Bali. Next to this hotel there is a big mosque, Al Ihsaan Mosque. Even it is not a grand mosque but this mosque is big enough to accomodate hundreds of prayers. And the situasion is very comfortable. There is shout of adzaan even using internal speaker, not external speaker.

I think that this big mosque should have a big library to accomodate the need of moslem to broaden their Islamic knowledge. And also to spread Islam in Bali. Through this writing I ask for the people who want to do this. You may sent Islamic books to this mosque. May Allah be with us.
